General Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When booking a ticket, the passenger confirms that they are familiar with the entry requirements for Schengen zone countries and bear full responsibility for having the necessary travel documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Entry\/Exit System (EES)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From October 2025, entry to Schengen zone countries is governed by the Entry\/Exit System (EES).<\/p>\n<p>EES is an automated European Union system that:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 records every entry and exit of third-country nationals in an electronic system;<br \/>\n\u2013 replaces passport stamps (no stamp is placed in the passport \u2014 each entry and exit is recorded electronically);<br \/>\n\u2013 automatically tracks the duration of stay;<br \/>\n\u2013 flags cases where the permitted period of stay has been exceeded.<\/p>\n<p>On the first entry to the Schengen zone, the passenger must complete full registration:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 scanning of the biometric passport;<br \/>\n\u2013 submission of biometric data (fingerprints and photo);<br \/>\n\u2013 storage of information in the system.<\/p>\n<p>For subsequent trips, a full re-registration is generally not required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Conditions of Stay<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The passenger confirms that they:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 are entitled to visa-free entry or hold a valid visa for Schengen zone countries;<br \/>\n\u2013 have the right to travel abroad (for passengers subject to military service obligations);<br \/>\n\u2013 will comply with the rule: up to 90 days of stay within any 180-day period;<br \/>\n\u2013 have the necessary documents that may be requested by border services:<\/p>\n<p>o proof of the purpose of travel;<br \/>\no accommodation booking (if required);<br \/>\no return ticket (if required);<br \/>\no sufficient financial means.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Passenger Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The passenger bears full responsibility for:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 the accuracy and validity of their documents;<br \/>\n\u00b7 the compliance of their documents with the entry requirements of the destination country;<br \/>\n\u00b7 adherence to the rules of stay in the Schengen zone.<\/p>\n<p>Lev Bus company is not liable for:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 a passenger being denied entry at the border;<br \/>\n\u00b7 detention or deportation of a passenger;<br \/>\n\u00b7 consequences of exceeding the permitted period of stay;<br \/>\n\u00b7 transportation of prohibited goods or goods exceeding the permitted quantity by the passenger. If the authorized authorities impose a fine on the driver for such transportation, the passenger is obliged to reimburse Lev Bus in full. In case of refusal to pay the fine, the passenger&#8217;s ticket is cancelled without a refund and the passenger does not continue the trip.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Refusal of Transportation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company reserves the right to:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 refuse transportation to a passenger without proper documents;<br \/>\n\u00b7 refuse transportation to a passenger who is in an aggressive state or shows signs of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs (strong smell of alcohol, unsteady gait, aggressive behaviour, etc.);<br \/>\n\u00b7 cancel a booking without a refund in the event of:<br \/>\n\u2013 the passenger or the ticket purchaser providing false information;<br \/>\n\u2013 absence of the right to enter the Schengen zone or to cross the border.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By confirming the booking, the passenger confirms that they:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 are familiar with the entry requirements for the Schengen zone;<br \/>\n\u00b7 understand how the EES system works;<br \/>\n\u00b7 confirm that they have all the necessary travel documents, including those required for border crossing;<br \/>\n\u00b7 agree to the liability terms set out in clause 4 of these Requirements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
