You can use bonuses when buying new tickets, but no more than 20% of the ticket price. The remaining amount can be paid in any convenient way.

How to use LEV-BUS bonuses?

Enter your LEV-BUS profile, and when purchasing a ticket, you can immediately use your accumulated points.

Choose a ticket and apply bonuses
When placing your order, simply tick the option “Use bonuses” – and the ticket price will automatically decrease according to your points.

Reminder: bonuses can cover up to 20% of the ticket price.

What happens with bonuses when returning a ticket?

• If the trip is cancelled by the company – bonuses are fully refunded to your account.
• If you cancel the trip yourself – used bonuses are not refunded.

How to check your balance?

Go to the LEV-BUS website → “My Bonuses” section in your personal account. There you will see the number of collected points and their usage history.
