Rules of luggage transportation in LEV-BUS
Hand baggage
Free of charge 1 piece weighing up to 5 kg and measuring 20x30x40 cm. It can be a bag that is easy to carry and placed on the upper shelf above the seat. The passenger is responsible for hand baggage.
Basic luggage
Free of charge 1 piece with dimensions not exceeding 50x40x80 cm and weighing up to 20 kg. If the luggage exceeds the specified size or weight, it can be transported for an additional fee if there is free space in the luggage compartment.
Additional luggage
Additional luggage is transported for an additional fee and is subject to the availability of free space in the luggage compartment, which is determined by the driver during boarding. It must not exceed the size and weight of the main luggage.

How to return a ticket
To refund your ticket, please fill out the refund form on the right. Please fill in all the required information carefully so we can process your request quickly and correctly.
The funds will be credited to the bank card from which the payment was made. The refund period depends on the bank of your card and usually ranges from 1 to 7 banking days.

- 72 hours or more before departure – 100% of the ticket price is refunded.
- From 72 to 24 hours before departure – 75% of the ticket price is refunded.
- From 24 to 12 hours before departure – 50% of the ticket price is refunded.
- Less than 12 hours before departure – the ticket is not refundable.

- Is the timely arrival of the bus guaranteed?
The arrival time is indicated taking into account the downtime at the border of 2 hours, but unfortunately delays do occur: slow work of the State Border Service of Ukraine, weather conditions, road conditions, etc. Plan your time in advance! In case of transferring to another mode of transport, please consider a time reserve of 6 to 12 hours! Thank you for your understanding! The arrival time and departure time are indicated in local time.
- What documents are needed to cross the border?
The carrier is not responsible for the passenger's documents and for crossing the border, so before purchasing a ticket, please consult the hotline of the State Border Service of Ukraine (SBSU). 1598 free of charge from a mobile phone. In the event of a passenger disembarking when crossing the border due to the passenger's fault, the ticket amount is not refunded.
- How can I return a ticket for your bus if it was purchased through another website?
In this case, you need to go to the website where the ticket was purchased and find the appropriate refund section.
- What are the conditions for transporting animals?
It is allowed to transport animals weighing up to 6-8 kg. The cost of a ticket for an animal is 20% of the cost of a ticket with a seat. A mandatory condition for transportation is the presence of a carrier (with a hard bottom) and all necessary documents for crossing the border.
